Zovo RSVP Page
Make an RSVP page guests answer in their browser, then read the headcount.
Zovo RSVP Page turns event details into a shared RSVP page. Guests open the link on any phone or computer, answer Yes, No or Maybe, add plus-ones and pick a meal or other option, and can change their answer later with a private link. The host keeps a private organizer link with the live headcount, per-choice totals, the reply list and a CSV export. Each page has an Add to calendar file in the right time zone.
What it does
- A shared RSVP page with a link anyone can open, no sign-in and no app
- Yes, No and optional Maybe answers with a plus-one limit you choose (0-10)
- One optional multiple-choice question, such as meal choice, with totals per choice
- Headcount: yes replies plus their guests, with maybe counted separately
- Private edit link for each guest to change their answer
- Add to calendar (.ics) file with the event in UTC, built from the IANA time zone
- Reply deadline, close and reopen, CSV export, and adding answers from the chat
Try asking
“Make an RSVP page for Maya's 30th on 2026-11-21 at 19:00 New York time at Luigi's, plus-ones allowed”
“How many people are coming? Here is my organizer link”
“Add Tom and Priya as yes with 1 guest each to my RSVP page”
Limitations
- A page stays online until 14 days after the event (at most 120 days), then it is read-only and deleted 30 days later
- Up to 300 replies per page; one reply per name
- No emails or reminders are sent: you share the link yourself
- The meal-style question takes one choice per reply, not one per extra guest
- Links are not allowed in any text field
